Reservations Before making a reservation please read all the booking conditions carefully.
The charge for the stay and security deposit is taken on arrival on the agreed date.
In order to make a reservation 50% of the charge is required to be paid into the account.
Unless your stay is shorter than 3 days, then in such a case the whole amount needs to be paid up front.
In case of a change to your reservation date or cancellation in less than 14 days prior to the arrival for reasons beyond the Lavender House the deposit is non-refundable.

Check-in time begins at 2:00 p.m. and you need to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. on the final day of your stay.
Arrivals are allowed up until 10:00 p.m. Later hours shall be agreed by telephone.
